Refund policy

At COTC we accept exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your order.

The customer is liable for any shipping fees incurred.  Shipping fees that were paid to send out the original order cannot be refunded or credited. 

A credit may be issued which is valid for 6 months once the item has been returned should the customer not wish to take anything else in exchange at the current time. 

We do not offer any refunds as we order items per customer’s requests.
