Shipping policy

Dear customer

Please note that for items that are not available on hand, the lead time is currently between 10-21 working days.

At COTC we accept exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your order.

The customer is liable for any shipping fees incurred.  Shipping fees that were paid to sent out the original order cannot be refunded or credited. 

A credit may be issued which is valid for 6 months once the item has been returned should the customer not wish to take anything else in exchange at the current time. 

We do not offer any refunds as we order items per customer’s requests.
